Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Pain,paresthesia,tingling or numbness in one upper extremity
- •Symptoms lasting for 2 weeks or more
- •Diagnosed case of cervical radiculopathy with posture of head in forward direction
- •Clinical prediction rule must be positive : Spurling test , upper limb tension test 1 and 2a and distraction
- •Craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any surgical history in past related to vertebral column of spine.
- •Any steroid injected in cervical spine in past 2\-3 weeks.
- •Symptoms in both upper extremities.
- •Sign and symptoms related to upper motor neuron disease
