Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age group\-18 to 25 years
- •2\. both male and female
- •3\. individuals who are willing to participate
- •4\. Knee extension range of motion less than 160 degree
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.unwillingness
- •3\. uncooperative patients
- •4\. subjects with any past hamstring injury within last 2 years
- •5\. lumbar and lower limb neurological compromise were excluded
