Inclusion Criteria
patients prom 18 hours or less; less than 24 hours during the hospitalization; surgery time is less than 60 minutes; more than 36 weeks gestational age; body mass index less than 30.
Exclusion criteria: the pre-operative fever; urinary symptoms, lack of patient follow-up 10 days after cesarean; underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension; oral or intravenous antibiotics before surgery for other causes; Cesarean section because of lack of progress in the second stage of labor and the use of corticosteroids (Betamethasone or Dexamethasone; except for fetal lung maturation)
