Inclusion Criteria
Antenatal women (booked cases attending antenatal clinic in department of obstetrics and gynecology and plan delivery in our hospital)
between Period of gestation from 13 to 16 weeks and Haemoglobin more than or equal to 10.5 g/dl as per the CDC recommendations
Exclusion Criteria
Suspected acute infection (Upper respiratory tract and urinary tract infections, Gastroenteritis), Pre-existing chronic illness, like chronic renal disease, hepatic cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, Inflammatory bowel disease, Recent blood transfusion, Beta-thalassemia and other haemoglobinopathies
