Divorced female headed-households
covered by welfare
Having children
No history of severe mental illness and addiction
Having Smart phone
Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Drugs or psychotropic substances abuse
Use of psychiatric drugs
Participate in cognitive sessions or similar training sessions

Name Time Method Self breast examination. Timepoint: Immediately after the intervention and 3 month later. Method of measurement: check list.;Depression and anxiety.
