Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 35-55 years
2. Apply cream for 1 month

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient who are pregnant or lactating
2.Patient who take oral medicine or topical substance for whitening agents within 1 month or got surgical treatment to treat erythema or hyperpigmentation in 6 month
3. Allergy to L-ascorbic acid, ultraglycans and melatonin
4. Patient who take oral antioxidants
5. Patient with other skin disease, or having infection at the area of treatment
6. Immunocompromised patients
7. Patient with Herpes Simplex infection
8. Alcoholic or current smoking patients
