Inclusion Criteria
Healthy young adults between 20 - 25 years, and healthy middle aged adults between 50 - 55 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
Significant past or present physical or psychiatric illnesses, the use of medication at the moment of inclusion, and MRI contraindications

Name Time Method <p>The main outcome measures are performance (mean reaction time and accuracy) and<br /><br>the blood oxygen level dependent (BOLD) response, a reliable measure for brain<br /><br>activation, during a working memory and verbal memory task. </p><br>
