Inclusion Criteria
The subjects should be actively experiencing pain and in good health, and none will be taking any medication that would alter pain perception.
Exclusion Criteria
Pain in more than one tooth, pregnant patients or patients with cardiovascular diseases, patients with history of allergy to any type of local anesthetic drugs.

Name Time Method Primary outcome will be the pain during root canal treatment.Timepoint: At the start of endodontic intervention, the pain and the primary outcome will be assessed.
