- •- subjects are doing no sport activities or practicing training of less than 5 h per week
- •- subjects do not have restrictions that prevent oral hygiene

- •- adolescents below the age of 18
- •- no written informed consent
- •- endurance training less than 5h/week
- •- dentists or dental staff
- •- subjects with disabilities that prevent oral hygiene
- •- signs of neglected oral hygene
- •- pregnancy
