- •Human participants attending cardiology op and PURSE-HIS study, of age group 18 to advanced age with isolated or combined hypertriglyceridemia of both sexes, who have given written informed consent to participate in the study and agree for all presaid examinations
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating female participants.
- •Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to the any of the excipients.
- •Participants with significant or unexplained hepatic dysfunction.
- •Active peptic ulcer disease.
- •Arterial bleeding.

Evaluation of the effect of NICOtinic acid (niacin) on elevated Lipoprotein(a) levels (NICOLa Study) - NICOLaipoprotein (Lp)(a) has been associated with an increased risk of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, and peripheral arterial vascular disease.
