Inclusion Criteria

ASA PS I-III dorsolumbar spine surgeries under general anaesthesia in prone position

Exclusion Criteria

a)Refusal to participate

b) History of delirium/antipsychotic drug use/substance abuse

c) Prior CVA/neurological illness/TBI/cognitive impairment/hearing loss

Surgical duration < 1 hours
