All patients with Confirmed pancreatitis-related peri-pancreatic fluid collection (ANC or APFC or WON or pseudocyst) clinically, radiologically and if necessary, by cyst fluid aspiration & analysis which
are undergoing drainage.
1. Cystic neoplasm of Pancreas.
2. Pancreatic carcinoma, diagnosed at baseline or during follow-up.
3. Technical failure in draining percutaneously and/or endoscopically due to presence of intervening critical viscera or blood vessel or collection far from the lumen of gut.
4. Pregnancy.
5. Lack of Informed consent from patient or from parents/legal guardians of those <18 years of age.
