Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects (age \>18 \& \<80 years) working as fishermen, Cooley worker, driver, and farmer with eGFR lesser than 60 ml/min/1\.732 for more than 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of diabetes mellitus or history of antidiabetic medications or new cases of diabetes (RBS \> 200mg/dl)
- •2\. History of hypertension or history of requiring two or more antihypertensive medications
- •3\. Newly detected hypertension as defined by BP \> 140/90
- •4\. Self\-reported history of renal disease of known etiology such as polycystic kidney disease, renal stones, history suggestive of chronic glomerulonephritis, and congenital kidney disease
