Inclusion Criteria

1.Male 18-35 years
2.Being Prehypertension condition (Systolic blood pressure 120-129 mmHg and Diastolic blood pressure < 80 mmHg)
3.No problems about communication and agree to join the research

Exclusion Criteria

1.Diagnosis by doctor
- Chronic kidney disease
- Coarctation of the Aorta
- Cushing syndrome
- Pheochromocytoma
- Primary aldosteronism
- Sleep apnea, Parathyroid disease
2. Drugs using
- Contraceptive pill
- Angiotensin receptor blocker, Corticosteroid, NSIADs
- Calcineurin inhibitor
- Phenylpropanolamine
- Cyclosporine
- Erythropoietin
- Sibutramine
3.Orthostatic hypotension
4.Alcohol drinking more than 2 glasses
5.Caffeine taking more than 100 mg/day
6.BMI over 24.9 kg/m2
