入选标准
- •1)Singleton pregnancy with no gross congenital anomaly in level II scan.
- •2) Patients after 20 weeks period of gestation with excellent dates as corroborated by
- •a) Clinical information of known last menstrual period
- •b) 28 to 30 days cycle
- •c) Availability of first trimester ultrasound
- •3a) Cases: Pregnant female included in the study as case are women who are diagnosed as preeclampsia with new onset hypertension after 20 weeks of gestation associated with proteinuria
- •3b) Controls: Pregnant female included in the study as control are normotensive women whose pregnancies.
- •(Controls will be matched for Period of Gestation (POG) with cases in 1:1 ratio)
