1. When spontaneous bacterial peritonitis is suspected despite ascites due to underlying liver cirrhosis
1. If there is ascites due to underlying liver cirrhosis and spontaneous bacterial peritonitis is not suspected.
2. Age from 19 years old to 79 years old
3. Patients who sign a written consent form prior to study participation and understand that they have the right to withdraw their consent from study participation at any time without penalty.
4. Patients with archival specimens available for genetic analysis or patients eligible for specimen collection for genetic analysis.
1. Patients who refuse to participate in clinical trials
2. When collecting multiple urine samples cannot be performed aseptically
3. When it is difficult to collect a stool sample
4.Patients with a history of uncontrolled seizures, central nervous system disorders, or psychiatric disorders judged to be clinically significant by the examiner
