Inclusion Criteria
1. Hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD
2. Aged 40-80 years
3. No participation in other clinical studies within 1 month before inclusion
4. Voluntarily accept the treatment plan, and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with severe pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, hemoptysis, massive pleural effusion or pneumothorax
