Inclusion Criteria
Patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury with surgical indication, with or without menisci injuries; Both genders
Exclusion Criteria
Presence of associated ligament injuries needing reconstruction; Patients with indication of associated procedures, such as osteotomies around the knee; Presence of associated fractures or other pathological conditions of the lower limbs

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate the postoperative functional outcome of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with the peroneus longus tendon graft, verified through the functional score of the Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale, and compare it with the postoperative functional outcome of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with the hamstring tendons graft after 2 years of follow-up.;Evaluate the postoperative functional outcome of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with the peroneus longus tendon graft, verified through the functional score of the International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC), and compare it with the postoperative functional outcome of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstructions with the hamstring tendons graft after 2 years of follow-up.
