Inclusion Criteria
Patients of both sexes will be included; older than 18 years; with indication of traumatic orthopedic surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients younger than 18 years will be excluded; carriers of previously known chronic lung disease; and patients with hemodynamic instability.
