•1.= 18 years old =75 years old
•2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension in the 2018 Revision of The Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China; patients with grade 1 and 2 low and medium risk hypertension have basically stable blood pressure without significant fluctuation;
•3.It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of syndrome of hyperactivity of liver Yang in Chinese medicine of hypertension ;
•4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was 7-18 points;
•5. SAS standard score < 60, SDS standard score < 60;
•6. Barthel index =75 points
•7. Signed informed consent

•1. Secondary hypertension, such as aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma, Cushing's syndrome, gestational hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, etc.;
•2. the combination of serious and uncontrolled primary diseases of each system;
•3.Insomnia caused by acute and chronic pain, severe cough, asthma, restless leg syndrome, etc.;
•4. women suffering from mental disorders, pregnancy or lactation;
•5.Participants in other clinical trials;
•6. people with obvious hearing loss, tinnitus and deafness.
