1. Aged between 60 - 85 years old.
2 Barthel index score > 11.
3. Communication, seeing, and understanding the Thai language.
4. Live in Ubon Ratchathani.
5. Have a smartphone or computer that can connect to the internet at home.
1. Serious diseases such as cancer, blood infection, tuberculosis
2. Risk of contracting COVID-19 or waiting for the test result
3. Infected or in recovery from COVID-19
4. unstable congenital disease
5. BP greater than or equal to 160/90 mmHg
6. Coronary heart disease
7. There is worsening of joints, bone, and muscles during physical activity
