Inclusion Criteria
Initial inclusion criteria will be -
Perimenopausal women, attending, Obstetrics and Gynaecology OPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Women between 40 to 60 years of age.
Literate / should be able to read, speak- Hindi/Punjabi/English.
Women or family members having a smartphone and who can use and read instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with diagnosed psychiatric illness.
Women with unnatural menopause i.e. hysterectomy

(i.e. <br/ ><br>hot flushes, <br/ ><br>vaginal dryness, <br/ ><br>mood changes, <br/ ><br>joint problems, <br/ ><br>sleep disturbances, <br/ ><br>changes in sexual behaviour, <br/ ><br>stress, <br/ ><br>depression and <br/ ><br>irritability <br/ ><br>Enhanced confidence and level of satisfaction of women. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Secondary outcomes will be assessed i.e. at baseline,1month,2month,3month and 4month
