Inclusion Criteria
Pregnant patients with severe constipation
Homogeneous in terms of age, number of pregnancies, gestational age and .BMI
Exclusion Criteria
Sensitivity to Psyllium and Tragacanth
Have a history of kidney disease, thyroid and diabetes
Multi-fetal pregnancy
IBS or IBD patients
Patients developed with hemorrhoids

Name Time Method ROMEII criteria defined constipation by having two or more of 4 main complains. Timepoint: Evaluation of severity of constipation and its scale before treatment and 1 week post treatment. Method of measurement: Constipation assessment scale.

Name Time Method Improvement of quality of life. Timepoint: Quality of life at the beginning and end of treatment. Method of measurement: Quality of life sf_36 questionare.
