Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of anterior shoulder dislocation
Elapse of dislocation period less than 24 hours
Exclusion Criteria
Simultaneous fracture of the humerus
Morbid obesity
History of previous shoulder joint surgery
Unconsciousness
Impaired hemodynamics
Multiple traumas
Posterior shoulder dislocation

Name Time Method Dislocation treatment. Timepoint: After shoulder dislocation Reduction. Method of measurement: Observation shoulder X-Ray.;Pain Severity. Timepoint: During reduction of dislocation. Method of measurement: Using a 10-point visual analog scale.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Complications of shoulder dislocation reduction (fracture, nerve damage, vascular damage). Timepoint: Immediately after dislocation reduction. Method of measurement: Clinical examination, radiography if needed.
