Inclusion Criteria
1. ASA I and ASA II.
2. Participants who are 15 to 18 years of age.
3. Participants who play any kind of outdoor sports.
4. Participants with a DMFT score less than 4.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Participants undergoing orthodontic treatment.
2. Participants with any neuro-psychiatric disorder.
3. Participants unwilling to be a part of this study.

Name Time Method To evaluate the effect of sports drinks on salivary flow rate and reduction in salivary and tooth surface pH at different time intervals and to evaluate whether the use of mouthguards after intake of sports drinks changes the salivary pH level at different time intervals.Timepoint: Evaluation at baseline,15 minutes,30 minutes and 60 minutes.
