Inclusion Criteria
(1) Age at least 18 years old or above scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery
(2) Surgical patients (general surgery, plastic, urology, hepatobiliary, gastroentero, minimal invasive surgery, trauma, vascular)
(3) Orthopedics
Exclusion Criteria
(1) scheduled for premium
(2) unable to communicate withThai language
(3) Neurological or psychiatric problems
(4) Morbid obesity (BMI 35 or above)
(5) Pregnancy
