- •working in hospitals at entry level designation as Nursing officer/Sister grade II/ Staff nurse

- •working in any kind of supervisory/in charge post such as Senior Nursing officer/Sister grade I/ Sister in charge/Ward sister/ Nurse Manager/ Nursing superintendent etc.
- •not available during data collection.
- •not willing to participate in the study
