入选标准
- •1.Patients with histologically proven WHO grade III and IV tumours
- •2.Hb > 10gm%.
- •3.Pretreatment leucocyte count of > 4000/cu mm
- •4.Platelet count > 100,000/cu mm
- •5.Normal renal and liver function tests
排除标准
- •1.Multicentric Glioblastoma
- •2.Previously treated primary brain tumours
- •3.Patients with visual disturbances who will not be able to read the questionnaires provided
- •4.Patients with Alzheimerâ??s disease, Parkinsonâ??s disease, any form of Dementia
- •5.Contraindications for MRI examination or gadolinium agent use
- •6.Pregnant or Nursing mothers
- •7.Any proven 1p19q co-deleted anaplastic oligodendroglioma
