简要总结
Shooting is a precision sport that requires good postural stability, muscular endurance, and balance to maintain rifle stability and minimize body sway. Core muscle endurance helps in trunk stabilization, while shoulder endurance is essential for sustaining prolonged rifle-hold and reducing fatigue-related tremor. Although previous studies highlight the importance of these components, their combined effect with shooting-specific drills in recreational shooters is not well established.
AIM - To evaluate the effect of integrated core–shoulder endurance training and shooting-specific drills on shooting precision, muscular endurance, static balance, and functional balance among recreational shooters.
METHODOLOGY - A randomized controlled trial will be conducted on recreational shooters aged 18–30 years. Participants will be randomly divided into intervention and control groups. The intervention group will receive a 6-week integrated core–shoulder endurance training program along with shooting-specific drills, while the control group will continue regular shooting practice. Core endurance, shoulder endurance, static and functional balance, and shooting precision will be assessed before and after the intervention.
