Rifle Shooting is a high precision sport, High performance demands complete control over all bodily motions.A shooter’s ability to stabilize the gun is essential for performance and is believed to be correlated with their level of muscle strength. Athletes competing in air rifle shooting attempt to hit a stationary target at a distance of 10 meters. The stability of hold has been found to be one key element influencing shooting performance while using an air rifle.A strong grip ensures sturdy and static shoulders, which allows one to maintain a steady position while aiming and absorbing recoil while shooting.An individual’s grip strength depends on a number of upper body characteristics, notably height, weight, forearm girth, hand length, and handbreadth.An air rifle with a maximum weight of 5.5 kg (12.13 lbs) It is permissible for the shooter to wear certain clothing that enhances his stance, stability and balance and guards against chronic back injuries.The shoulder biomechanics rely on precise balancing stability and mobility.Static and dynamic stabilizers give stability at various points throughout the motion arc by responding to forces delivered though the glenohumeral joint that allows efficiency in fine motor movements.Proximal muscles are required for stability of rifle and distal muscles are required for pull of the trigger
