Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients (age 18 years or more) visiting the outpatient department of DVL who are diagnosed to have Psoriasis
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who are not consenting to participate in the study.
2. Patients with Acute febrile illness, active systemic diseases/events such as arthritis, hepatic disease, renal disease, malignancies, pregnancy.
3. Individuals with a prior history of taking medications for Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, and dyslipidemia.

Name Time Method At the end of the study, we will be able to recognize the association between Psoriasis and cardiovascular disease. Evaluation of the risk of subclinical cardiovascular diseases in psoriasis patients and early detection will have an impact on the quality of life of the patients with psoriasis.Timepoint: 1.5 years
