Inclusion Criteria
Primary diagnosis of Interstitial lung disease
Exclusion Criteria
Age less than 18 years
Refused consent
Lack of competency in completing questionnaire
Prior psychiatric illness prior to the diagnosis of ILD
Had evident memory loss ( delirium, dementia )
Patient who were diagnosed to have malignancy
Patient who are critically ill.

Name Time Method To determine the severity of cough & dyspnea in patients with ILD and To determine the prevalence of pyschological stress and quality of life in patients with ILDTimepoint: The assesment of cough and dyspnea and pschological stress and quality of life will be done at the baseline evaluation. There is no follow up of the patient.
