Pregnant women with singleton pregnancy with gestational period less than 16 weeks
1.Known case of diabetes mellitus
2.Chronic Hypertension
3.Patients using corticosteroids and metformin
4.Inflammatory bowel disease and chronic inflammatory conditions
5.Patients less than 18 years of age and more than 35 years of age
6.Patients having smoking habits
7.Women for whom the outcome of pregnancy was unknown (lost to follow-up & not delivering at Lok-Nayak Hospital)
8.Patients undergoing induced or spontaneous abortions
