Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Adenoma was definitely diagnosed by pathology, and the patients were between 18 and 75 years old.
  • 2\. The TCM syndrome type was consistent with cold and wet stasis syndrome or dampness and heat accumulation syndrome.
  • 3\. Patients with no previous history of colorectal surgery, cholecystectomy, familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary non\-polyposis colorectal cancer, or inflammatory bowel disease;
  • 4\. Not taking antibiotics, immunosuppressive agents, hormones or other drugs within three months;
  • 5\. Those who ate a relatively stable diet and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. The patients have digestive tract diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases, immune diseases, liver diseases, neurological diseases and autoimmune diseases.
  • 2\. Regular long\-term use of yogurt or probiotics (2\-3 times/week for more than 6 months);
  • 3\. Pregnant and lactating women;
  • 4\. To be allergic to a drug in a Chinese medicine prescription;
  • 5\. Has participated in other clinical investigators;
  • 6\. The researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this experiment.
