Inclusion Criteria
Age >=18 years.
Hemodialysis treatment >=2 months.
Conventional hemodialysis: twice or thrice weekly with 3-5 h per dialysis
treatment.
Nocturnal hemodialysis: thrice to four times weekly with 7-8 h per dialysis
treatment
Hemoglobin at previous routine monthly measurement greater than or equal to 6.5
mmol/l.
Exclusion Criteria
Absence of informed consent.
Pregnancy
Presence of clinical signs of infection.
Incapacity of the Dutch language.
Incapacity of filling out questionnaire,
