入排标准
入选标准
- •Male patients over 65 years of age who were diagnosed with COPD according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guideline
- •\- Those who corresponding to the group B,C,D in the refined ABCD assessment tool.
排除标准
- •\- Patients with a history of lung surgery within the last 3 months and currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy or acute lung disease (pneumonia)
- •\- Patients whose movement is restricted due to other diseases and the 6\-minute gait test is restricted (osteoarthritis, spinal disease, cerebral infarction, heart failure, etc.)
- •\- Patients unable to obtain voluntary consent
- •\- Patients unable to check bio\-impedence analysis due to the insertion of an artificial pacemaker or defibrillator
- •\- Patients with a history of surgery within the last 3 months
