Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1. Male cricket fast bowlers.
- •2. Participants with prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
- •3. Age between 18 and 35 years.
- •4. Good general health and free from any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the training regimen.
- •5. Willingness to commit to a 12-week training program and attend regular training sessions.
- •6. No significant musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months.
- •7. Adequate proficiency in the bowling technique.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Female participants, as the study focuses specifically on male cricket fast bowlers.
- •Participants without prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
- •Age outside the range of 18 to 35 years.
- •Presence of medical conditions or injuries that may hinder participation in the training regimen.
- •Inability or unwillingness to commit to the 12 week training program or attend regular training sessions.
- •Recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months that may affect performance or interfere with the training regimen.
- •Participants who lack proficiency in the basic bowling technique.
- •Any other factors that, in the judgment of the researchers, may compromise the participants ability to safely and effectively engage in the study or impact the validity of the results.
