Inclusion Criteria:
1. Male cricket fast bowlers.
2. Participants with prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
3. Age between 18 and 35 years.
4. Good general health and free from any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the training regimen.
5. Willingness to commit to a 12-week training program and attend regular training sessions.
6. No significant musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months.
7. Adequate proficiency in the bowling technique.
Female participants, as the study focuses specifically on male cricket fast bowlers.
Participants without prior experience in competitive cricket matches.
Age outside the range of 18 to 35 years.
Presence of medical conditions or injuries that may hinder participation in the training regimen.
Inability or unwillingness to commit to the 12 week training program or attend regular training sessions.
Recent musculoskeletal injuries or surgeries within the past six months that may affect performance or interfere with the training regimen.
Participants who lack proficiency in the basic bowling technique.
Any other factors that, in the judgment of the researchers, may compromise the participants ability to safely and effectively engage in the study or impact the validity of the results.
