ASA physical status I or II
- Diagnosed as mandibular prognathism or skeletal class III malocclusion
- Require a mandibular setback surgery with bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSRO) with or without maxillary surgery
1. Present with any uncontrolled systemic disease or undergoing the medications that may affect the sleep condition
2. Existing OSA
3. Craniofacial syndrome
4. Previous orthognathic surgery or nasopharynx or oropharynx surgery
5. Significant change in BMI during the study period
