ASA 1&2 patient undergoing lower segment caesarean section ,weight 40-80 kg,having singleton pregnancy,posted for elective surgery
1patient refusal
2.Patients belonging to ASA III and IVÂ Â
3.Patients posted for emergency procedures Â
4 Patients with coagulopathies and increased intra cranial tension Â
5.Patients allergic to drugs used in study
6.Parturients with known complicated pregnancy,cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia,and
coagulopathies, allergic to study drugs,
7.having contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
