Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients undergoing elective EBUS-TBNA procedure at a tertiary care centre.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Refusal of consent
2.Age less than 18 years
3.Patients undergoing additional procedures along with EBUS-TBNA procedure (e.g., transthoracic lung biopsy).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Number of desaturation episodes (fall in spO2 below 92% for more than a minute) during the EBUS-TBNA procedure <br/ ><br>2.Diagnostic yield of EBUS-TBNA procedures. (defined as ratio of number of times of obtaining representative lymphoid cells on cytology to the number of needle’s passes through the target lymph node). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Outcomes will be recorded at the end of the procedure of EBUS-TBNA.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Number of interruptions in bronchoscopy due to any reason during the EBUS-TBNA procedure. (An interruption is defined as any patient related event that requires the operator to stop the procedure temporarily or permanently e.g., excessive patient movement, significant hemodynamic instability, drop in oxygenation etc.) <br/ ><br>2.Depth of sedation during EBUS-TBNA procedure recorded as the maximum depth of sedation during procedure (as per Ramsay sedation score <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At one hour after the end of of the procedure of EBUS-TBNA, before shifting the patient to recovery room.
