1.Age group of 13 and above
2.Adolescents and adult patients treated for CCHD more than a year ago before recruitment
3.Patients (or parents) who are willing and able to participate
1.NYHA class III or IV
2.Congestive heart failure
3.Severe ventricular dysfunction (Ventricular ejection fraction <35%)
4.Patients with significant cardiac arrhythmias
5.Significant neuropsychiatric illness
6.Contraindications to yoga
7.Participating in any other trial, giving any additional complementary therapy
8.Participants practicing yoga prior to the recruitment in the study
