- •1. Pregnant women with age more than 18 years
- •2. Gestational age more than equal to 28 weeks
- •3. Singleton pregnancy
- •4. Not in labour
- •5. Ultrasonographically confirmed intrauterine fetal death
排除标准
- •1. Multiple gestation
- •2. Abnormal coagulation profile
- •3. Contraindication for Prostaglandins
- •4. History of uterine surgery
- •5. Antepartum haemorrhage
- •6. Patients already in labour
- •7. Patients on concurrent Anticoagulants
- •8. Inherited porphyrias
- •9. Any contraindication for vaginal delivery
