- •be between 18 and 30 years old; have no history of cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) between 0.91 and 1.30; Body Mass Index - normal BMI (=18.5 and <24.9 kg / m2); answer negatively to all items of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire / PAR-Q
