Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Respond negatively to all items in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire / PAR\-Q; not having practiced strength training for six months; present medical certificate for training participation; absence of history of cardiovascular diseases, not having or having had any type of musculoskeletal injury in the lower limbs in the last six months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The exclusion criterion consists of: not having 75% of frequency in the training program (FERREIRA et al., 2005\)
