1.Subjects having a dentition with =24 evaluable teeth (minimum of six teeth per quadrant).
2.Subjects having saliva pH ranging 6.2-7.6
3.Subjects with no active carious lesions.
4.Subjects with no recent antibiotic therapy or antimicrobial agents (up to within 4 weeks).
5.Be willing and able to sign informed consent form.
1.Pregnant, lactating females.
2.History of systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, respiratory diseases (COPD, asthma, pleural effusion, and tuberculosis).
3.Subjects with evidence of recent bronchitis, sinusitis or tonsillitis (up to within 2 weeks).
4.Subjects with deleterious habit such as smoking, chewing tobacco.
5.Subjects with mouth breathing habit, naso-pharyngeal alterations.
6.History of undergoing nonsurgical and surgical periodontal or orthodontic therapy in the last 6 months.
7.Subjects with known history of allergy to any mouthrinse or drug.
7.Subjects using any other commercially available probiotic products.
8.Subjects using any other oral hygiene aid other than routine teeth brushing.
9.Subjects with prostheses, orthodontic or dental appliances.
10.Subjects on presenting a probing depth =4 mm, malocclusion, periodontitis.
11.Subjects with dental cervical lesions associated with occlusal erosion, attrition and abfraction.
