Inclusion Criteria
1.Primiparous postpartum patient who delivered by Normal Vaginal Delivery
2.Patients who did not use labour epidural analgesia for Normal Vaginal Delivery
3.A patient who understands and speaks Kannada, Hindi or English
Exclusion Criteria
1.The participant who does not give consent to be the part of the study
2.Patient who developed any postpartum complication
