Teeth diagnosed with Periapical lesion of category A B and C according to Kim and Kratchman
Teeth with prior endodontic treatment, patients with less time and with radiographic presence of apical periodontitis
Patients agreeing for a preoperative and 1 year post operative CBCT scans
Lesion size less than 5mm
Absence of fenestration of the buccal cortical plate
Teeth with fractures horizontal or vertical
Teeth with immature apices
Teeth with periodontal involvement Endo Perio
Patients with any systemic diseases
Teeth with mobility greater than class I
Poor restorability
Insufficient coronal restoration
Resurgery
Patients who Are unable to provide informed consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The teeth will be assessing clinically for pain, swelling, tenderness to percussion or palpation, sinus or fistula, periodontal probing depth and mobility of tooth. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: The teeth will be assessing clinically after 1month, 3months, 6months and 1year for pain, swelling, tenderness to percussion or palpation, sinus or fistula, periodontal probing depth and mobility of tooth. <br/ ><br>
