Patients have single root permanent teeth that have open apex, have necrotic pulp or have pathology around the apex, the root length is from 2/3 of the complete root length.
Patients and guardians agreed to participate in the study.
Patients with chronic diseases have symptoms of pain in the maxillofacial region: migraine, neuralgia V, temporomandibular joint pain, maxillary sinusitis.
Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease.
Patient has cleft lip and palate.
Teeth indicated for extraction.
Teeth with periodontitis, grade II, III according to Miller.
The root of the tooth is cracked or broken.
