Inclusion Criteria
Type2DM UPTO 5 YEARS, HbA1c less than equal to 8%, BMI - 28-32 kG/m2, Blood Pressure less than equal to 140/90 mm/Hg
Exclusion Criteria
smokers, HbA1c more than 8%, any other existing diabetic comorbidity

Name Time Method The outcome of the proposed study shall hold answer to the mechanism adopted by Yoga practices in addressing DNA damage and promoting cell survival, genome integrity, insulin sensitivity in Diabetes and probably this finding can be extended to other metabolic disorders with Reactive Oxygen Species as a factor that induces complications. <br/ ><br>Primary Variable - DNA damage (comet assay)Timepoint: T0 and T2 (after 2 months of intervention)
